Appointment Cancellation & Re-booking Policies
Due to recent circumstances, we must now begin enforcing our cancellation policy.
We require all changes and cancellations be made no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
No Shows: will be required to pay a re-booking fee of $50 to secure another appointment, and will not be eligible for any discount on the service,
Refunds: The clinic does not offer refunds on any services already performed.
Brilliant Distinctions Points Redemption:
Clients are solely responsible for accessing their Brilliant Distinction account & either emailing their voucher prior to their visit, or printing and presenting a voucher at the time of treatment (see instructions at www.brilliantdistinctions.ca).
Discounts WILL NOT be provided unless a coupon is presented at time of/or prior to, treatment.
Half Syringe Policy: Health Canada designates a syringe of filler as a single-use medical device. Therefore, for health and safety reasons, we do not offer half – syringe treatments and nor can we store partially used syringes.
